To optimize the management of Chinese medicine and improve the competitiveness of traditional medicines. Methods: Comparison analysis and analysis on typical countries were used to state the useful measures taken by EU、Japan and Korea on administration of traditional medicines, as well as the characteristics and development conditions of traditional Chinese medicine in China to analyze and compare. Conclusion: China shall actively use excellent administration model and methods of other countries for reference in accordance with its own national condition, accelerate the legislation of Chinese medicine, perfect administration system on traditional medicine and improve the management on traditional Chinese medicine.
