| 提出干燥综合征（SS）是毒邪引起“毒痹”证的代表病种。认为先天禀赋不足是SS发病的内在因素；外感毒邪是引起和诱发SS的外因；痰瘀毒内生是导致SS发病及发展的病理基础。SS可用攻毒疗法即袪毒、泄毒、解毒、制毒、搜毒、攻毒的治疗原则及方法进行治疗，并介绍了笔者多年使用毒药治疗SS的临床经验和体会。 |
| English Summary: |
| This paper put forward that the pathogenic toxin can cause syndrome of toxin bi, among which Sjogren Syndrome (SS) is the representative disease. The immanent cause for SS is prenatal deficiency; exogenous pathogenic toxin is the precipitating factor; the endogenous phlegm and blood stasis are the pathologic basis of the onset and development of SS. The principle and method for treating SS is Toxicity attack therapy, such as toxin removing, toxin expelling, detoxification, toxin resisting, toxin searching. This paper introduced the author’s years of clinical experience on using poisonous herbs to treat SS. |
