| 目的:探讨丹参注射液对高血压合并左心衰患者心功能的影响，为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院收治的52例高血压并发急性左心衰竭的患者作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组22例;对照组采用心力衰竭的常规治疗方法，治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹参注射液;对比2组患者治疗前后LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、LVMW、△T%的变化，并对比治疗后2组心功能改善率;同时分析2组血脂、血糖的变化水平。结果:经过治疗后，治疗组心功能改善总有效率为93.34%，对照组为77.27%，2组相比，具有统计学意义(χ2=10.039，P<0.05);治疗后2组患者LVEDD、LVESD缩小，LVMW减轻，LVEF、△T上升;其中治疗组LVEDD、LVMW、LVEF改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平明显低于对照组，总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组，2组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液可以保护心肌细胞，改善心力衰竭患者的心功能，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To explore effect of Danshen injections on patients with hypertension and left ventricular failure in order to provide clinical guidance. Methods: Fifty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups: 22 patients in control group received the conventional treatment， 30 patients in observation group received Danshen injection in addition. We compared LVEDD， LVESD， LVEF， LVMW， △T% change between 2 groups， and compared t cardiac function improvement rate; analyzed serum lipids and glucose. Results: The observation group had total effective rate of 93.34%， compared to 77.27% in the control group (χ2=10.039，P<0.05); After treatment it was observed in both groups that LVEDD and LVESD reduced， LVMW relieved， LVEF and △T rose; and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Danshen injections can protect myocardial cells， and improve the cardiac function in patients with heart failure. |
