| 目的:观察五子衍宗汤加味治疗男性不育精子活动率和活动力(a%+b%)以及对激素水平的影响。方法:将98例精子活动质量低下患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例，治疗组采用五子衍宗汤加味，对照组采用六味地黄丸治疗，2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后精子活动率和活动力(a%+b%)、卵泡刺激素(Fllicle-SimulatingHrmone，FSH)、黄体生成激素(Luteinizing hormone，LH)、睾酮(Testosterone，Tes)的变化，并重点对其临床总疗效观察。结果:2组临床总有效率分别为76.00%和54.89%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后激素FSH、LH、Tes均有显著调节。结论:五子衍宗汤加味能有效促进生殖系统附属性腺功能分泌，从而改善了精子活动质量，促进下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能，有利激素水平调节;同时表明中医经典中药方剂具有类激素对精子生长、获能以及提高精子质量的机理研究颇有重要的参考价值。 |

| To observe effect of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Decoction on sperm activity and sperm motility (a%+b%) and on hormone level in infertile males. Methods: Ninety-eight infertile male patients were randomly assigned into treatment group(50) and control group(48). In the treatment group Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Decoction was taken and in the control group Liuwei Dihuang Pills was taken. After 3 months of treatment， sperm activity sperm motility (a%+b%)， hormone level， clinical efficacy were analyzed. Results: The treatment group’s total efficacy rate is 76.00%， which was significantly higher than 54.89% of the control group (P<0.01). The hormone (FSH、LH、Tes) levels of treatment group were elevated. Conclusion: Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Decoction can increase secretion of accessory genital gland so as to improve sperm activatity and sperm motility. Moreover it regulates hormone levels by acting on hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axi. The research also shows some Chinese medicine formulaes present parathormone effect which promotes sperm growth and capacitation， improves sperm quality. |
