| 目的:观察吞服生发汤散剂合骨碎补外用治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法:13例斑秃患者均采取吞服生发汤散剂合骨碎补浸泡米醋外用的方法，每日吞服生发汤散剂3次，每次3~6 g，外治以50g骨碎补粉浸泡于250 mL米醋中，24 h后取浸液擦患处，每日擦3~4次。结果:13例斑秃患者中有效11例，无效2例，总有效率为84.6%。结论:吞服生发汤散剂合骨碎补外用治疗斑秃疗效好，尤其适用于不能坚持服用汤药及不便应用汤剂的患者。该法应用方便，且极具药物经济学意义，值得推广。 |

| To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of deglutition of Shengfa decoction powder combined with external application of drynaria in treating alopecia areata. Methods:Thirteen patients suffered from alopecia areata patients received treatment of deglutition of Shengfa decoction powder as well as external application of Drynaria soaked in rice vinegar. Patients were given 3 times of deglutition of Shengfa decoction， 3 to 6 grams each time. Besides， external application were given 3 to 4 times a day on the affected areas which were made from 50 grams of drynaria powder soaked in 250 ml of rice vinegar for 24 hours. Results:Among the 13 cases of alopecia areata patients， 11 cases was effective， and 2 were invalid with a total effective rate of 84.6%. Conclusion: Deglutition of Shengfa decoction powder combined with external application of drynaria in treating alopecia areata shows satisfactory therapeutic effect， especially on those who cannot be applied with oral administration of decoctions. The therapy is convenient and economical， which is worth generalizing. |
