To explore efficacy of inside \“⊥\” processing plus topical use of hemorrhoid powder for the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods:A retrospective analysis of efficacy and safety of combined treatment of \“⊥\” processing and hemorrhoid powder in 360 patients with perianal abscess. Results:After One-time treatment， 342 patients were cured with one-time curative rate equalling 95%， the total effective rate was 97.5%. Free of anal incontinence， anus deformation， and displacement， this method is less invasive， less painful， and faster healing， low of recurrence. The anus structure and function were improved. Conclusion: \“⊥\” processing at perianal abscess plus hemorrhoids powder are effective to cure perianal abscess， and worthy of widely application.
