| 目的:研究康妇消炎栓在辅助治疗急性盆腔炎中的应用价值。方法:采用随机数字表法将182例急性盆腔炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各91例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组联合应用康妇消炎栓治疗，比较2组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组抗生素应用时间明显缩短，药物不良反应发生率与停药3个月内复发率明显降低，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t＝6.045，χ2=5.710、8.922，P<0.05)，治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.124，P<0.05)。治疗组平均治疗成本明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(t＝19.540，P<0.05)。结论:康妇消炎栓辅助治疗急性盆腔炎，可有缩短抗生素用药时间，提高治疗效率，降低药物不良反应发生率和停药后复发率，值得临床继续研究应用。 |

| To evaluate efficacy of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 182 acute pelvic inflammatory patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 91 cases in each. The control group received conventional drug intervention， on top of that the observation group was given Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository， treatment efficacy was evaluated. Results: Compared to the control group， antibiotics observation group had shorter drug intervention time， fewer adverse drug reactions and recurrence in 3 months after drug discontinuation， better efficacy and lower costs (P<0.05). Conclusion: As add-on treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease， Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository can shorten disease duration， reduce adverse drug reactions and the relapse rate after drug discontinuation， therefore is worthy of clinical applications. |
