To evaluate the effect of Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath for patients with menopausal depression.Methods:The study was carried out in 46 patients using Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath， four weeks for one treatment course. At the end of the treatment， the improvement of symptoms was observed.Results:The symptoms in most patients were significantly improved. The total effective rate reached 87.0%.Conclusion:Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath is effective for patients with menopausal depression， and it can significantly improve the symptoms to relieve patients’ sufferings.
