| 目的：观察补肾疏肝化瘀方内服联合中药足浴治疗女性更年期抑郁症的治疗效果。方法：以补肾疏肝化瘀方内服联合中药足浴的方法治疗46例女性更年期抑郁症患者，4周为1个疗程。疗程结束后观察症状改善情况。结果：多数患者临床症状得到明显改善，总有效率达到87.0%。结论：补肾疏肝化瘀方内服联合中药足浴治疗女性更年期抑郁症，能明显改善临床症状，解除患者的痛苦。 |

| To evaluate the effect of Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath for patients with menopausal depression.Methods:The study was carried out in 46 patients using Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath， four weeks for one treatment course. At the end of the treatment， the improvement of symptoms was observed.Results:The symptoms in most patients were significantly improved. The total effective rate reached 87.0%.Conclusion:Bushen Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine foot bath is effective for patients with menopausal depression， and it can significantly improve the symptoms to relieve patients’ sufferings. |
