| 章永红教授认为肺气亏虚是导致晚期肺癌的主因，痰瘀搏结，癌毒内蕴是肺癌发生发展的关键。在晚期肺癌的临证治疗中，强调益气补肺与化痰祛瘀解毒并举，重视辨证与辨病、扶正与祛邪相结合。本文重点介绍章教授治疗晚期肺癌的临床经验，并附两则病案以佐证。 |

| Professor Zhang Yonghong thinks that Qi deficiency is the leading cause of lung cancer，interaction of phlegm and blood stasis，cancerous toxin connotation is the key of lung cancer development.Clinical treatment in advanced lung cancer emphasizes on the benefiting Qi and supplementing Lung and reduce phlegm and removing blood stasis disintoxication with paying attention to syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation，with combination of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.This paper focuses on chapter professor of clinical experience in the treatment of advanced lung cancer，with two cases to prove. |
