| 目的:观察推拿正骨配合电针综合治疗寰枢关节半脱位型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将寰枢关节错位型颈椎病患者147例，按就诊顺序随机分为电针治疗的对照组和配合推拿正骨的治疗组，其中对照组73例，治疗组74例，2个疗程后观察临床疗效和NPQ评分和McGill评分的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率97.3%，对照组总有效率84.9%，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的痊愈率患者的治疗时间明显短于对照组，两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组的受试者的NPQ评分和McGill评分在治疗过程和随访期间均有下降趋势，2组变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。结论:推拿正骨配合电针的综合疗法比单纯电针可更有效地治疗寰枢关节半脱位型颈椎病，能达到提高疗效、缩短疗程的目的。 |

| To observe Tuina bone setting combined with electro-acupuncture for treating cervical spondylosis due to Huanshu joint dislocation. Methods: 147 patients were divided to 2 groups according to visit sequence. There were 73 patients in control group， 74 patients in treatment group. Efficacy， NPQ scorings， McGills scoring were analyzed after 2 treatment courses. Methods: Effective rate of treatment group was 97.3% compared to 84.9% of control group (P<0.01); the treatment group was treated with less time (P<0.05)， and demonstrated lower scores during treatment and follow-up period (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tuina bone setting combined with electro-acupuncture is more effective than using electro-acupuncture alone for treating cervical spondylosis due to Huanshu joint dislocation. |
