| 目的:对素馨花药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物含量等进行研究。方法:按照《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版(一部)附录IX h水分法(烘干法)、附录IX K灰分测定法、附录XA浸出物测定法测定。结果:市售9批素馨花药材中水分含量平均值为5.34%;总灰分含量平均值为6.12%;酸不溶灰分含量平均值为0.31%;水溶性浸出物含量平均值为36.04%;75%乙醇浸出物含量平均值为34.58%。结论:为进一步建立和完善素馨花药材质量标准提供依据。 |

| To study moisture， total ash content， acid insoluble ash， water-soluble extract and alcohol extract content of flos jasmini. Methods: Contents were determined according to the 2010 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" (a) Appendix IX H water detection (drying)， Appendix IX K ash detection， Appendix XA extract assay. Results: The average moisture content of 9 commercially available batches of flos jasmini was 5.34%; the average total ash content was 6.12%; the average acid insoluble ash content was 0.31%; the average content of water-soluble extract was 36.04%; the average extract content in 75% ethanol was 34.58%. Conclusion: The study results could provide evidence for further establishment and improvement of quality standards of flos jasmini. |
