| 目的:通过对不孕症患者就医行为过程的分析，寻找不孕症患者就诊行为的误区，提出相关的建议，干预患者行为。方法:通过问卷调查，对患者的就医行为进行调查。用描述性统计方法、统计检验对患者就医行为的过程进行分析。结果:发现不孕症患者在就诊过程中倾向于选择同性医务人员、较高层次的医疗机构，在就医过程中存在一些误区:夫妻双方不同时就诊、诊断疾病不科学、就诊时机不恰当、治疗不系统等误区。结论:针对不孕症患者就诊行为的特殊性，本文从政府、医院、个人三方提出了相关建议，促进形成合理的就医行为。 |

| To find out the wrong cognition of infertility patients’ behavior when they are seeking medical advices so as to make some recommendations to intervene patients’ behavior. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the behavior of infertility patients’ behavior when they were seeking medical advices. Descriptive statistics and statistical tests were used to analyze the process of seeking medical advices of infertility patients. Results: During the treatment， infertility patients tended to choose the same-sex medical personnel， and higher levels of medical institutions. There were some wrong cognitions during the medical treatment process: the couple did not seek medical advices at the same time; diagnosis of disease was not scientific; treatment time was not appropriate; treatment was not given systematically. Conclusion: Since the particularity of infertility patients’ behavior when they are seeking medical advices， this paper brings out some relevant recommendations from the aspects of government， hospitals and individuals， so as to form reasonable seeking medical advice behavior for patients. |
