Abstract:Recently, along with the development of postgraduate education and more furious competition, cultivating a number of high level innovative talents who stand in the real medical science edge has become the top priority for the reform of Chinese education. As a key part in teaching reform, postgraduate curriculum reform will definitely become a vital issue for administration departments of postgraduate education to take serious consideration and purse proper solutions. This paper intends to take Monography of Chinese Medicine teaching reform conducted by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example, to illustrate the necessity of teaching reform, analyze and discuss the new thoughts of postgraduate cultivation majoring in Chinese Medicine, from the aspects of the university discipline design, introduction of famous expert lectures, database construction, social practice, scholarship evaluation and examination methods, so as to provide some reference to the future graduate teaching reform.
