| 缺血性视神经病变(Ischemic Optic Neuropathy，ION)是50岁以上中老年人常见的急性视神经疾病，特别是伴有高血压、糖尿病或心脑血管等血流变异常及血管性疾病的患者。缺血性视神经病变可分为前段缺血性视神经病变(Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy，AION)与后段缺血性视神经病变(Posterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy，PION)，前段缺血性视神经病变发生在视神经筛板及其前后，缺血导致视盘水肿并常伴视盘周围出血，后段缺血病变发生在视盘后的眶内段视神经，病变早期视盘无异常，早期表现仅有视功能障碍。无论AION或PION均有动脉炎性和非动脉炎性的区别，并最终都会导致视神经萎缩。 |

| Ischemic Optic Neuropathy (ION) is a common acute optic nerve disease among people over 50 years old， especially those who suffer from hypertension， diabetes， or cardiovascular and other abnormal hemorrheology and vascular disease. ION can be classified into Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy(AION) and Posterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy(PION). APION happens in the front and back of optic sieve plate， and ischemia would lead to swelling of the optic disk which is often associated with surrounding hemorrhage. PION occurs in the intraorbital segment of the optic nerve at the back of optic disk. And in early stage of PION， optic disk is not abnormal and only visual function obstacle is found. Both AION and PION have artery inflammatory neuropathy and non artery inflammatory neuropathy， which would both eventually lead to optic atrophy. |
