| 效果比较研究(comparative effectiveness research，CER)是西方发达国家为促进卫生改革、减轻医疗费用，转变临床研究重点和指导方向而推出的。CER关心的核心问题是有效性、安全性和成本。本文对CER提出的背景、定义、研究内容、实施步骤等内容进行介绍，旨在为中医临床研究提供新的思路和指导。 |
| English Summary: |
| Comparative effectiveness research (CER) was launched and released by the Western developed countries in order to promote health reform， reduce health care costs and change clinical research priorities and direction. The central concerns of CER are efficacy， safety and cost. This article mainly introduced the background， definitions， contents and implementation steps of CER， which maybe provide new ideas and guidance for clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine. |
