| Abstract The mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration is not clear yet， and relevant literatures in recent years show that oxidative stress， inflammatory factors， nutrition pathway， biomechanics， matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors play multi-factor role in the progress of intervertebral disc degeneration. |
