| 本文从针刀医学的安全问题切入,探讨了这个自针刀医学发明至今,一直饱受争议的问题,简要的分析了安全问题对于针刀医学本身的意义,认为针刀的安全操作是针刀医学健康发展的基本保障,是针刀医学自身控制医疗质量的内在基本要求。本文认为针刀的安全问题更是现阶段针刀医学发展的首要战略问题并且提出制定安全操作标准才是解决针刀安全问题的必行之路。本文还简要介绍了针刀业内第一本关于安全的专著《针刀临床安全操作手册》此书所述的诸多方法均可为临床从业者提供安全操作的保障。 |

| This paper discusses the safety issues of acupotomology which has received controversial attention since its origin. It briefly analyzes the significance of safety for acupotomology itself, and points out that safe procedure of acupotomology would be a basic guarantee for its development and fundamental requirement for its medical quality control. It also believes that solving safety issue is the primary strategy for the development of acupotomology, and establishing relevant standards on safe procedure is a necessary step. Also, this paper briefly introduces “Handbook of Clinical Safety Operation of Acupotomology” which is a first monograph on acupotomology safety and provides many safe procedures for clinical personnel. |
