To observe clinic treatment effect of Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid in treating viral keratitis. Methods:Out patients of keratitis from January 2009 to August 2012 were randomized to a control group of 26 cases of (30 eyes)， using Western medicine， and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group of 28 cases (30 eyes)， using both Western medicine and Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid. The duration was a month. Results:Clinical curative rate and total effective rate of the integrated group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The prognosis of integrated group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid can be effective for treatment of viral keratitis.
