| 目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床效果。方法：将74例中年动眼神经麻痹患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例。对照组给予甲钴胺穴位注射治疗，治疗组在甲钴胺穴位注射治疗的基础上加用中医综合疗法。观察2组患者治疗前后的结果，经统计学分析处理，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组患者的治疗有效率相比，治疗组明显高于对照组，且有统计学意义(P＝0.035<0.05)。结论：中医综合疗法治疗中年人动眼神经麻痹疗效显著。 |

| To observe efficacy of integrated TCM treatments on oculomotor paralysis. Methods:Seventy-four middle-aged patients were randomized to treatment group and control groups (n=37). Control group was given mecobalamin injection， in addition to it， treatment group received integrated TCM treatments. Clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment using statistical analysis. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P=0.035<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy has significant efficacy for oculomotor in the middle-aged. |
