To observe efficacy of integrated TCM treatments on oculomotor paralysis. Methods:Seventy-four middle-aged patients were randomized to treatment group and control groups (n=37). Control group was given mecobalamin injection， in addition to it， treatment group received integrated TCM treatments. Clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment using statistical analysis. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P=0.035<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy has significant efficacy for oculomotor in the middle-aged.
