To summarize Professor Yu Zengrui′s (notable and respectable TCM doctor in Beijing) experience in treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) induced infertility using Jieyu Zaotan Xingyu (relieving depression， drying phlegm and moving stasis) Decoction. Methods: Fifty six patients with PCOS induced infertility were treated with Jieyu Zaotan Xingyu decoction， and therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Forty one cases were cured， accounting for 73.22%; 11 cases were improved， accounting for 19.64%; 4 cases were ineffective， accounting for 7.14%. Conclusion: Jieyu Zaotan Xingyu decoction treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) induced infertility showed satisfactory therapeutic effect.
