Abstract:Based on common clinical manifestations of malignant lymphoma, we classified malignant lymphoma into seven TCM syndromes (coagulated-cold-phlegm syndrome, qi-stagnation-and-toxic-stasis syndrome, deficient-fire-and-coagulated-phlegm syndrome, blood-stasis-and-abdominal-mass syndrome, blood-heat-and-wind-dryness syndrome, liver-and-kidney-yin-deficiency syndrome and both-qi-and-blood-deficiency syndrome). According to clinical symptom after radiotherapy, we classified patients to phlegm-dampness-disturbing-stomach syndrome, fire-hyperactivity-due-to-yin-deficiency syndrome, internal-heat-toxic-stasis syndrome, both-qi-and-blood-deficiency syndrome and liver-and-spleen-disorder syndrome. Based on the classification, we implement different TCM treatment strategies for patients with malignant lymphoma before and after chemotherapy to receive better treatment efficacy.
