      目的:观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性顽固性心力衰竭患者短期内心功能的影响。方法:58例常规抗心衰治疗病情控制不佳的慢性顽固性心力衰竭患者,加口服芪苈强心胶囊4粒,3次/d,治疗3个月;观察治疗前后左室舒张末期内径(LVED)、左室射血分数(EF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、N端前脑钠素(NT-BNP)、PR间期、QT间期的数值变化。治疗后LVED缩小、PR及QT间期缩短、BNP下降,EF提高,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);CRP下降与治疗前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:58例患者经过治疗后,从心衰临床症状改善情况观察,取得显著疗效32例,有效22例,无效4例,有效率93.10%。结论:芪苈强心胶囊对顽慢性固性心衰短期内具有良好的治疗作用,其机制可能与改善血管内皮功能,减轻血管炎性反应,合理改善房室传导,抑制心室重构及改善收缩功能等有关。
English Summary:
      Observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in improving short-term heart function in chronic obstinate heart failure patients. Methods: A total of 58 cases of chronic heart failure patients who are resistant to conventional heart failure treatment were included. Patients were given Qiliqiangxin capsule, 4 pieces, 3 times/d, for 3 months. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVED), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), C-reactie protein (CRP), N end forebrain sodium element (NT-BNP), PR interval, and change of QT period were observed before and after treatment. After treatment, LVED was narrowed, PR and QT interphase shortened, BNP dropped, and EF improved, with significant difference compared to before treatment (P< 0.01); the drop of CRP was statistical significant compared with before treatment (P< 0.05). Results: In terms of symptoms improvement, among 58 patients that participated the experiment, 32 cases received significant efficacy, 22 moderate, and four ineffective – the effective rate was 93.10%. Conclusion: Qiliqiangxin capsule has good therapeutic effect on chronic obstinate heart failure in the short term. Its mechanism is effective in improving endothelial function, reducing blood vessels inflammatory reaction, reasonable improving atrioventricular conduction, restraining ventricular remodeling and improving shrinkage function and so on.
