      目的:研究开发中医肾病大师邹云翔教授治疗慢性肾衰竭名方参乌益肾片成为国家新药。方法:采用多中心、随机、双盲双模拟、阳性药物平行对照方法,研究了参乌益肾片对慢性肾衰竭气阴两虚兼湿浊证的疗效,并同时开展了参乌益肾片的药理药效、分子细胞学等基础研究。结果:参乌益肾片能明显改善慢性肾衰竭气阴两虚兼湿浊证患者的中医证候,降低尿素氮、血肌酐,减少尿蛋白丢失,提高内生肌酐清除率,疗效优于对照组。作用机理可能通过多种途径调节体内激素水平,改善血液动力学,抑制细胞增强因子和细胞外基质成分的mRNA表达,促使其凋亡,减轻肾小球损害,改善肾小管和肾间质功能,从而达到保护肾功能,延缓慢性肾衰竭病程进展的作用。
English Summary:
      To research and explore Shenwuyishen Tablets, the prescription of Professor Zou Yunxiang, in the clinical use of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Using the methods of a multicenter, randomized, double blind double-dummy, parallel control for positive drug. The curative efficacy of Shenwuyishen Tablets for CRF with Qi and Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome was evaluated. Meanwhile, basic researches for Shenwuyishen Tablets, including pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and molecular cytology, were developed. Results: Shenwuyishen Tablets can significantly improve the CRF with Qi and Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome in clinical manifestations. It lowered BUN and SCr levels, reduced urinary protein loss, increased CCr. The results of the experiment group were better than that of the control group. The mechanism of Shenwuyishen Tablets may be associated with regulating hormone levels in a variety of ways, improving hemodynamics, inhibiting mRNA expression of cell enhancer factor and extracellular matrix components, inducing apoptosis, reducing the damage of glomerular, improving the functions of kidney tubules and tubulointerstitial, thus protecting the renal function and to delay the progression of chronic renal failure.
