| 目的:观察中药结合熊去氧胆酸、能量合剂联合用药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症及改善围产儿预后的疗效。方法:将100例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予中药方和熊去氧胆酸、能量合剂,对照组予熊去氧胆酸、能量合剂,疗程均为2周。跟踪治疗前后皮肤瘙痒缓解及总胆汁酸、肝转氨酶水平及围生儿结局。结果:治疗组总胆汁酸、肝转氨酶水平均有所下降,胎儿窘迫率、羊水污染率、新生儿窒息、早产率均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合熊去氧胆酸、能量合剂治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症有良好治疗效果。 |

| Objective:To observe efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with ursodeoxycholic acid, energy mixture on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and improvement of perinatal outcome.Methods:100 patients with ICP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,within two-week course of treatment patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine combined with ursodeoxycholic acid, energy mixture, and in the control group only ursodeoxycholic acid and energy mixture were used. After treatment pruritus relief,total bile acids,liver transaminase levels and perinatal outcome of children were observed. Results: Compared with the control group,the level of total bile acid and liver transaminase of treatmetn group declined, the rates of fetal distress, meconium, asphyxia, premature birth were significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Chinese medicine combined withursodeoxycholic acid and energy mixture is effective for treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. |
