| 脉是机体气血在和不同性质的病邪相互抗争妥协后产生的一种综合状况，由性质和位置两个基本方面构成，反映了正邪两方面的状态。寸口脉是全身脏腑气血状况的缩影，我们可以通过触诊患者双手脉象并运用“三比法”原则诊脉，确定病情属阴属阳。弦脉是临床常见脉，可以出现弦脉的原因很多，本文旨在总结笔者在跟师临床学习过程中见到的弦脉及以弦脉为主的复合脉的常见病、多发病。 |

| Pulse is a comprehensive condition resulting of body's Qi and blood fighting with Evil Qi. It is composed of basic character and location, reflecting the state of healthy Qi and evil Qi. The Cunkou pulse is a miniature of the Qi and blood of five Zang organs and six Fu organs of the whole body. We can diagnose and distinguish the yin and yang character of the disease by feeling the pulse of both hands and constructing them. String pulse is common in clinical disease and has complex causes. This article summarized clinical experiences of string pulse during the process of learning with tutors. |
