| 目的：对粘连期肩周炎采用阳性点小针刀松解加火罐治疗，观察其改善肩关节功能的临床疗效。方法：选取粘连期肩周炎38例，采用阳性点小针刀松解加火罐治疗，每3天1次，总共3次，第12天观察治疗效果和肩关节功能改善程度。结果：治愈6例，显效24例，有效8例，无效0例，总有效率100%，在改善肩关节功能方面，肩关节功能评分有显著提高，差异有统计学意义。结论：阳性点小针刀治疗能有效改善粘连期肩周炎肩关节功能，疗效确切，值得临床进一步推广应用。 |

| To observe the clinic effect of A-shi point acupotomy and cupping in treating the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder. Methods:Thirty-eight patients suffered from the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder were treated with one session of A-shi point acupotomy and cupping every three days, for a total of three sessions. The clinic effects on the 12th day were observed. Results:Six patients were cured, 24 cases showed obvious effective result, 8 cases were effective, and the total effective rate were 100%. There were obvious strengthening on improvement of shoulder motions and shoulder functioning sores, which showed significant statistical differences. Conclusion: The A-shi point acupotomy and cupping therapy can effectively and definitely improve the functions of shoulder in the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder which is worth generalizing. |
