| 我国周围血管疾病专业是以50年代中西医结合辨证治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎为开端而发展起来的,在古代文献中没有系统记载,其专业发展历程是在现代医学环境下,创新应用中医理论和中医西结合的最佳范例。笔者根据临床工作经验,总结了现代周围血管疾病的整体辨证中包含辨病与辨证相结合、整体辨证与局部辨证相结合、宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合、辨病机论治四项具体内容,是对传统中医整体辨证内涵的延伸和拓展,对充实现代周围血管疾病的理论体系具有重要意义。 |

| The study of peripheral vascular disease was developed with the beginning of integrative treatment of Buerger in the 1950s in China. Without any record from ancient literature, the professional development of peripheral vascular disease is the best examples of innovative applications of traditional Chinese medicine theory integrate with western medicine. Based on clinical experience, this article summed up the four parts of overall syndrome in modern peripheral vascular disease: combination of disease and syndrome differentiation; combination of overall syndrome and partial differentiation; combination of macro syndrome and microcosmic syndrome; treatment based on pathomechanism. The four parts are extension and expansion of connotations of TCM holistic syndrome, as well as being significant in enriching peripheral vascular disease in the modern theoretical system. |
