| 目的:探讨盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选择2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者53例,分为治疗组(27例)和对照组(26例),治疗组予盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组单纯予二甲双胍治疗。2个月后对比两组患者血糖、血脂及体重指数的变化,以评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者血糖、血脂各项指标及体重指数均较对照组好转,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症,降糖效果确切,并可改善高脂血症并发症及降低患者体重指数。 |

| To study the clinical efficacy of berberine hydrochloride combined with metformin for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Fifty three cases T2DM patients with hyperlipidemia were assigned to treatment group (n=27) and control group (n=26). All the patients were treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets(MHET). And the treatment group were simultaneously given berberine hydrochloride. Changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and body mass index(BMI) after 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The blood glucose, blood lipid and BMI of patients in the treatment group were better improved compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Berberine hydrochloride combined with metformin for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia has definite therapeutic effect on reducing blood glucose, decreasing BMI and improving hyperlipidemia. |
