目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择107例冠心病心绞痛患者分为观察组(53例)与对照组(54例)，观察组应用复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片的中西医结合治疗方法，对照组单纯应用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗，4周后对2组患者临床症状、心电图及血液流变学变化情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组心绞痛症状有效率为83.02%，对照组为53.70%，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心电图有效率为77.36%，对照组为48.15%，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血流变各项指标均较治疗前下降，其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后各项指标较治疗前也有一定程度下降，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛，对改善心绞痛症状、心电图表现及降低血液黏稠度方面疗效肯定。

English Summary:

To study the therapeutic effect of compound danshen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets treating patients with angina pectoris. Methods: One hundred and seven patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group (n=53) and control group (n=54). Patients in observation group were given compound danshen dripping pills and isosorbide mononitrate tablets. The control group gave patients isosorbide mononitrate tablets only. After 4 weeks, the clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram and blood rheology changes of the patients were comparatively analyzed between two groups. Results: The effective rate of relieving angina pectoris in the observation group and the control group were respectively 83.02% and 53.70%, which showed significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The effective rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group and the control group were respectively 77.36% and 48.15%, which showed significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, hemorheology of patients had ameliorated significantly in the observation group (P<0.05). Hemorheology of patients after treatment in the control group also decresed, however, there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compound danshen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets treating angina pectoris shows definite therapeutic effect in relieving angina pectoris symptoms, improving ECG and decreasing blood viscosity
