| 目的:观察讨论痰热清注射液对化脓性扁桃体炎临床应用的效果。方法:将中国中医科学院广安门医院南区急诊科86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,均以常规抗生素对症治疗,治疗组加用痰热清注射液0.3~0.5 mL/kg入液静滴。结果:治疗组总有效率93.0%高于对照组74.4%,相关症状恢复情况均优于对照组。结论:痰热清注射液辅助治疗化脓性扁桃体炎疗效确切,未发现明显不良反应。 |

| To observe the effect of clinical application of Tanreqing Injection on suppurative tonsillitis. Methods: Eighty-six patients admitted to the south zone of emergency department of Guanganmen Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each. Patients were all given conventional antibiotics and the treatment group gave patients extra Tanreqing injection 0.3 to 0.5 mL per kg by means of intravenous drip. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 93%, which was higher than that of the control group (74.4%). The recovery of relevant symptoms was better in treatment group. Conclusion: Clinical effect of Tanreqing injection treating acute suppurative tonsillitis has definite curative effect with no obvious adverse reactions. |
