| 目的:探讨超声电导药物透射技术结合“镇痛方”外治阴证癌性疼痛的疗效和不良反应。方法:将120例入组患者,随机分为两组,治疗组予超声电导技术联合镇痛方外贴,对照组予超声电导技术联合安慰剂外贴,疗程7 d,参照疼痛数字分级法(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS),比较治疗前后疼痛强度的变化、起效时间、不良反应以及患者的耐受性。结果:治疗组外治阴证癌性疼痛总有效率达86.7%,对照组有效率仅有33.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后NRS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后NRS评分差异无统计学意义;治疗组平均起效时间约为2 d,皮肤不良反应轻微。结论:超声电导技术结合中药镇痛方外治阴证癌性疼痛具有良好的疗效,起效时间短,不良反应轻微,耐受性好。 |

| To explore the curative effect and adverse actions of ultrasonic conductance transmission technology combined with external treatment of Zhentong Formula in treating yin syndrome of cancer pain. Methods: The patients with cancer pain (n=120) were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group received ultrasonic conductance transmission technology combined with external treatment of Zhentong Formula, while the control group gave patients ultrasonic conductance transmission technology combined with external treatment of placebo for 7 days. The analgesic effect, initial time, and adverse actions of the treatment were observed in both groups. Results: The total effective rate of relieving cancer pain of treatment group was 86.7%, and that of control group was 33.3%, which showed significant difference (P<0.05). NRS scores of treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference of NRS scores in control group before and after treatment. The effective time of treatment group started on day two on average with mild side effects and good dependence. Conclusion: Ultrasonic conductance transmission technology combined with external treatment of Zhen Tong Formula has a good curative effect on treating a variety of cancer pain with quick effect and slight adverse actions. |
