| 温病治宜宣畅气机，祛邪外出、保存阴津为法，忌用苦寒伤阴之品，黄芩性味苦寒，但众多医家临证治疗温病常配伍黄芩。本文分析当代温病大家蒲辅周先生运用黄芩治疗麻疹、乙型脑炎、腺病毒肺炎、风温等温病四则病案，并从中归纳蒲辅周运用黄芩治疗温病的经验，得出黄芩虽为苦寒伤阴之品，临床只要辨证灵活用药，苦寒适时，可被运用于治疗多种温病，不可拘泥于温病容易伤阴之说。 |

| The methods of curing the epidemic febrile diseases should be facilitating the Qi movement, dispelling exogenous pathogen and saving Yin liquid. It was prohibited to use the bitter cold medicine during treatment of the disease, while as one of the bitter cold medicine, scutellaria was widely used to treat epidemic febrile diseases. This paper analyzed Professor Pu Fu zhou`s experience in using the scutellariae to cure epidemic febrile diseases, such as the measles, Japanese encephalitis, adenovirus pneumonia and so on. The result showed that although scutellaria was one of the bitter cold medicines, it was appropriate to be used to cure epidemic febrile diseases when the treatment plan was flexible and time was suitable. |
