| 目的：探讨复方地茯口服液治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：将400例更年期综合征患者随机分为对照组及观察组各200例，对照组给予尼尔雌醇、谷维素等西药治疗，观察组给予复方地茯口服液治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：观察组总有效率94.50%明显优于对照组的77.00%，观察组治疗后Kupperman评分(6.89±3.17)分较对照组(13.43±4.68)分降低更为显著，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组LH、FSH血清水平均较治疗前明显降低，E2血清水平较治疗前明显提高，观察组均较对照组改善更为显著，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：复方地茯口服液治疗更年期综合征可有效改善患者卵巢功能，明显缓解临床症状，综合疗效确切，值得临床进一步研究推广。 |

| To research the clinical curative effect of compound oral liquid of Di Fu in treating climacteric syndrome. Methods: 400 climacteric syndrome patients were randomly assigned to the control group and observation Group, the control group was given Neal, estradiol, Gamma-oryzanol, observation group was treated by compound oral liquid of Di Fu, compare effect of the two group. Results: Observation group’s total effective rate (94.5%) was significantly higher than the control group (77%), Observation group’s Kupperman scores after treatment (6.89±3.17) reduced more significantly than the control group (13.43±4.68) (P<0.05); after treatment both groups had shown a remarkable reduction of LH, FSH levels and increase of E2 serum level, increase of E2 level in observation group was statistically significant compared to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound oral liquid of Di Fu can effectively improve ovarian function and alleviate clinical symptoms of climacteric syndrome, therefore recommended to be used in clinic. |
