目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对人脐静脉内皮细胞一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)产生的影响。方法:以人脐静脉内皮细胞(Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell-12,HUVEC-12)为材料,采用不同血府逐瘀汤含药血清浓度和干预时间处理HUVEC-12,检测细胞培养上清液中NO浓度的变化。结果:与空白对照组对比,血府逐瘀汤可在一定干预时间段,适度诱导HUVEC-12胞外NO的产生(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤可能通过适度刺激人内皮细胞NO产生,发挥促进血管新生作用,又避免增生过度的不良反应。 |

To investigate effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(XFZYD) on levels of Nitric oxide (NO) released from Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial cells. Methods: Endothelial cells HUVEC-12 were incubated with blank serum or XFZYD containing serum (XFZYD-CS) at different concentrations and different times. Thereafter, the NO concentrations in the culture supernatant liquid were determined. Results: Compared with the control group, XFZYD-CS has a moderate stimulatory effect on NO production of this endothelial cell line in a period of time. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction moderately increases the endothelial NO concentration to promote angiogenesis without causing overgrown blood vessels. |
