目的：观察肛瘘术后患者应用促愈熏洗方的治疗效果，以及药物浓度及熏洗时间对熏洗疗效的影响。方法：将144例肛瘘术后患者随机分为4组，每组36例，组1用浓度为125 mL：2 000 mL的促愈方熏洗10 min治疗，组2用浓度为125 mL：3 000 mL的促愈方熏洗20 min治疗，组3用浓度为125 mL：2 000 mL的促愈方熏洗20 min治疗，组4用浓度为125 mL：3 000 mL的促愈方熏洗10 min治疗。治疗14 d后，对术后疼痛、水肿、渗液、出血、发热及创面愈合等情况进行观察统计。结果：低浓度长时间熏洗组在治疗术后疼痛、出血、水肿、渗液及促进创面愈合等方面均明显优于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论：应用促愈熏洗方低浓度长时间的熏洗治疗能明显减轻肛瘘术后疼痛、水肿、渗液、出血等症状，并促进创面愈合，是治疗肛瘘术后的有效方剂。

English Summary:

To observe the effect of Chinese herbal fumigant of Cuyuxunxi prescription on patients after anal fistuletomy. Methods：One hundred and forty four patients after anal fistuletomy were divided into 4 groups randomly with 36 patients in each group. Group One gave patients sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant of Cuyuxunxi prescription with concentration of 125 mL：2 000mL for10 minutes; patients in Group Two received sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant with concentration of 125 mL：3 000 mL for 20 minutes; patients in Group Three were given sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant with the concentration of 125 mL：2 000 mL for 20 min; Group Four gave patients sitting bath with Chinese herbal fumigant with concentration of 125 mL：3 000 mL for 10 minutes. After 14 days of treatment，the pain，pruritus，turgescence，effusion and healings of the cuts were observed. Results：Long time treatment with low concentration of Chinese herbal fumigant showed significantly good results in terms of postoperative pain，pruritus，turgescence，effusion and healings of the cuts (P<0.05). Conclusion：Long time treatment with low concentration of Chinese herbal fumigant of Cuyuxunxi prescription can relieve the pain，pruritus，turgescence，effusion after anal fistuletomy and promote the healings of the cut.
