| 目的：观察拟定益气活血膏方治疗气虚血瘀证临床疗效。方法：采用前瞻性对照研究方法，纳入60名气虚血瘀证患者作为治疗组，予以益气活血膏方治疗，疗程28 d;同时纳入60名同年龄组健康人作为对照组。观察治疗组应用益气活血膏方治疗前后的气虚血瘀证症状及证候积分、血液流变学指标变化，并与健康对照组比较，综合评定疗效。结果：治疗28 d后，治疗组气虚血瘀症状明显改善，证候积分下降(P<0.05);治疗组血液流变学指标较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)，治疗后血液流变学指标接近健康对照组。结论：课题组拟定益气活血膏方治疗气虚血瘀证疗效显著，适合临床推广。 |

| To observe curative effect of agreement Yiqihuoxue plaster. Methods：The prospective controlled study enrolled 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (QDBSS) to treatment group which applied Yiqihuoxue plaster，and meanwhile included 60 healthy adults to control group. The integral of TCM syndrome and hemorheological indices were observed. Results：The integration of symptoms descended at the 28th day (P<0.05)，and the indexes of hemorheology (including HSRV，MSRV，LSRV，EET) declined dramatically (P<0.05).Conclusion：Yiqihuoxue plaster can receive symptoms and reduce blood viscosity，and it is worth general application. |
