| 2012年，我们承担了首都医学发展科研基金课题“规范中医药服务项目，探索建立北京中医药服务价格体系的研究”。该课题分为3个研究内容：1）建立北京市中医药服务项目体系的研究；2）北京42项中医药诊疗项目的收费标准与国内11个省会城市的相同项目的收费标准进行比较分析研究；3）对北京市中医药服务项目进行成本核算，研究现行收费价格的盈亏与合理调整问题。本文是对第1部分研究工作部分内容的介绍与讨论。 |

| In 2012，we undertook the project of the capital medical scientific research development fund “Standardizing Chinese medicine services，to establish the service price system of Chinese medicine research in Beijing”. The project was divided into three research contents：First was research of establishing service system of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing. Second was the comparative study on the charging standard of 42 TCM diagnosis and treatment items in Beijing and the same items in 11 provincial capital city. The third was cost accounting on items of traditional Chinese medicine service in Beijing，to understand the profit or loss of the current price so as to bring about reasonable adjustment. This paper gives detailed introduction and discussion on the first part of the project. |
