目的:优选葛根煮散粉碎最佳粒度及煎煮最佳工艺。方法:制备三种不同粒度的煮散颗粒,采用HPLC法测定煮散水煎液中葛根素的含量,以浸出物、葛根素含量为指标优选最佳粒度,同时采用单因素实验进行煎煮时间、加水量、煎煮次数等工艺考察,优选最佳煎煮工艺,为临床合理使用煮散提供依据。结果:葛根煮散粒度优选为小于2 mm大于0.18 mm的颗粒在总颗粒中所占比例不得小于80%,最佳煎煮工艺为加20倍水,煎煮1次,煎煮20 min。结论:优选的煮散粉碎工艺简单,适合工业化;优选的煎煮工艺快速简便,适宜于临床使用。 |

To optimize the grinding and extracting process for Radix Pueraria Boiling Powder.Methods:Three different sizes of particles were prepared,HPLC method was used for the determination of the content of Puerarin.Yield of dry extract and the content of puerarin were the referent indexes to select the optimum particle size,and the decoction process was optimized by single factor test with boiling time,amount of water and boiling times as factors.Results:At least 80% of the particles having particle size between 2 and 0.18 mm was the optimum size.The optimal conditions of decoction process were 20-fold solvent,boiling 20 minutes,1 time.Conclusion:The optimized grinding process is easy and suitable in mass-production; the decoction process is user-friendly and suitable in clinical. |
