| 作者介绍了效果比较研究的现状、存在的不足,分析了真实世界中医临床研究开展效果比较研究的意义、可能存在的问题及对策。首先,我们需要认清中医真实世界临床研究的复杂性与特殊性。其次,重视和加强真实世界临床研究的方法学设计、建立真实世界临床研究的集成数据平台与网络及真实世界临床研究数据挖掘方法的实践与应用。通过上述技术体系的建立,对整个中医药学发展会起到有力的推动作用。 |

| This article mainly introduced the status and shortcomings of the comparative effectiveness research (CER) at present, and analyzed the significance of carrying out the CER of Chinese Medicine in real -world, the problems that may exist and the corresponding strategies. We should recognize the complexity and particularity of the clinical research in real world; and emphasize and strengthen the methodology design of real-world clinical research, the establishment of integrated data platform and network of clinical research, the application and practice of data mining method in real-world clinical study. The establishment of such technical system may play a powerful role in promoting the entire development of Chinese medicine. |
