| 甲状腺功能亢进症属中医“瘿气”范畴,赵进喜教授从事内分泌临床研究多年,对甲状腺疾病学验俱富,作者将其临床经验进行了总结。赵教授提出甲状腺功能亢进症易发生于少阳体质及厥阴体质之人,因不同体质之人易感病因及发病后临床表现不同,认为辨体质具有重要意义;病因病机方面,情志失调常是引发本病的诱因,气滞化热痰阻,日久可成痰热瘀结或阴虚火旺或气阴两虚;在治疗上应重视行气解郁、清热散结、滋阴潜阳等。 |

| Hyperthyroidism is a disease in the "yingqi" field of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Zhao Jinxi has studied in the endocrine clinical research for many years, and has accumulated rich learning experience in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. The author, who physique studied under Zhao Jinxi, will introduce his therapy experience as follows： Professor Zhao puts forward that hyperthyroidism occurs frequently in Shaoyang and Faint Yin Constitution. The diseases are different in susceptible pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of different constitutions. In pathogenesis, emotional disorder often causes this disease. The treatment of the hyperthyroidism should emphasize on promoting qi circulation and relieving depression, cleaning away heat and eliminating stagnation, nourishing and suppressing Yang. |
