| 目的：观察针灸治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果。方法：随机方法选择脑卒中偏瘫患者42例，治疗组21例，对照组21例，对照组给予常规用药及心理干预，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组患者总有效率、残损及残疾水平间的差异。结果：治疗组治疗的总有效率为90.4%，显著高于对照组61.9%的总有效率，具有统计学意义(χ2=4.72，P<0.05)。治疗组上下肢体运动评定(FM A)及Barthel指数较治疗前有显著性提高，且提高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针灸治疗可以提高脑卒中偏袒患者的疗效，降低致残率，具有重要临床推广价值。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment in patients with cerebral stroke.Methods：42 cases of cerebral stroke were evenly divided into 2 groups， control group was applied conventional drugs and psychological intervention， and observation group was applied acupuncture treatment in addition to treatment received by control group， compared total effective rate， damaged and physical disability between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 90.4%， significantly higher than 61.9% of control group (χ2 =4.72，P<0.05).The score of FMA and Barthel index of observation group were all better after treatment， and the raised extent was much higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Acupuncture treatment for patients with cerebral stroke can improve clinical efficacy， decrease the physical disability， thus is of important clinical application value |
