摘要:

中医五脏系统在临床中出现的复杂证候群，体现出了五脏系病机演变的过程。临床中的“多个脏系同时发病”，是普遍存在的规律;而“五脏系同病”，是病机演变过程中的趋向与终点，映射出的是中医诊疗原型系统及其基本结构，对其内在机制进行深入的研究，将会为中医临床疗效评价体系的建立提供基础和依据。

Abstract:

The complex syndromes in the clinical medicine reflects the pathogenesis evolution of the five viscera.The five viscera systems occurring diseases at the same time is a universal law in the clinical practice and it is the trend and end of pathogenesis evolution， reflecting the basic structure of TCM diagnosis and treatment prototype.The study on the inner mechanism would provide the foundation and evidence for establishing TCM clinical efficacy evaluation system.
