| Microtox技术(微毒测试)是以一种非致病的明亮发光杆菌作指示生物，以其发光强度的变化为指标，测定环境中有害有毒物质的生物毒性的一种方法，现已成为一种简单、快速的生物毒性检测手段。本文综述了Microtox技术(微毒测试)的研究现状，并就该技术在中药毒性评价应用的技术方法、技术路线、关键问题以及应用范围等方面开展研究，为建立一种新的中药毒性快速检测、安全性评价以及风险分级评定的的综合评价体系奠定基础。 |

| Microtox technology is one of the fastest testing methods for determining the poisonous or toxic substances which use Luminous bacteria as a indicator organism. Our research reviews the development of microtox technology, and application for testing toxicity of Chinese medicinal materials, including technical methods, technical maps, key issues and scope of work. Our research serves as foundation for establishing a new safety and risk analysis system by providing a fast test method of TCM toxicity. |
