附子为毛茛科多年生草本植物乌头子根的加工品,具有局麻、镇痛、镇静、强心、抗炎、抗肿瘤等功效,广泛用于治疗跌打损伤,风湿关节炎,肿瘤等疾病。由于在临床使用过程中不良反应和中毒事件频频发生,近年来对附子提取物及其有效/有毒成分的药代动力学研究甚多,作者对此研究近况做一综述。 |

Fuzi, the processed lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaeli (Ranunculaceae family), is a widely used traditional Chinese medicinal herb due to their excellent pharmacological activities including anti-inflammation, analgesics, local anesthesia, and anti-tumor effect. Since there have been reports of adverse events, even toxic events of Fuzi, many pharmacokinetic studies were conducted to research Fuzi extract and its active ingredients. Present paper summarized progress of the researches. |
