| 总结周耀庭教授临证辨治小儿哮喘的用药经验。提出消除伏痰，审因论治，贯穿始终除夙根的治疗思路，强调辛散解表，宣肺散寒，祛除闭肺之诱因的重要性；病机是本虚邪实，治疗应攻补兼施，单纯补益不可取；处方须配伍化痰逐饮，降气平逆之品，则肃降肺气平喘逆之功益增；注意病有兼夹，随证治之，照顾儿童生理特点；提倡综合治疗，坚持用药，巩固疗效防复发的观点。 |

| This paper summarizes professor Zhou Yaoting’s experience in treating infantile asthma.He puts forward eliminating hidden phlegm， examining the cause and discussing the treating principle throughout the treating thinking.He also emphasizes the importance of relieving exterior syndrome with pungent medicine， diffusing the lung and dispersing the cold， dispelling the inducement of closed lung.Because the pathogenesis is the deficiency of healthy qi and excess of the evil qi， the treatment should take tonification and purgation in combination.Tonifing merely is not advisable.Medicine has the effect like reducing phlegm， expelling sputum and depressing qi should be used in prescription.Then the effect of diffusing lung qi and stopping the asthma is increasing.Attention shall be paid to accompanying diseases， physiological characteristics of children and differentiating treatment.He advocates comprehensive treatment， adheres to medication， to consolidate curative effect to prevent recurrence. |
