| 目的：在文献整理的基础上，分析研究古今人们对中药配伍禁忌的经验、认识，归纳整理包含十八反、十九畏等药物在内的中药配伍禁忌药物，方便临床查阅。方法：本研究采用文献研究的方法，主要检索建国后中国期刊全文数据库所收载的有关中药配伍禁忌研究的期刊文献，选取具有代表性且重要性的文献资料，进行归类整理分析。结论：文献研究表明十八反、十九畏不是绝对的临床配伍禁忌，在有限制的条件下，部分可以同方使用的。 |

| Through literature study， to analyze and study the experience and knowledge of ancient and modern people on compatibleness of traditional Chinese medicine， so as to summarize the herbs of the compatibleness for traditional Chinese medicines including the drug groups of “eighteen incompatible medicaments” and “nineteen medicaments of mutual antagonism” for clinical reference.Methods：The modern literature researches after the founding of PR China on compatibleness of traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved on CNKI， and typical and important papers were selected and analyzed.Conclusion：“Eighteen incompatible medicaments” and “Nineteen medicaments of mutual antagonism” are not absolute in clinical application， and some of them can be used in the same presciption under certain strictly limited circumstances. |
