| 目的：观察肾衰灌肠液加连续性血液净化对脓毒血症致早期急性肾损伤患者的治疗作用及对血浆微炎症指标的影响。方法：前瞻、随机抽取符合入选条件的脓毒血症患者32例，分为治疗组(16例)和对照组(16例)。治疗组给予肾衰灌肠液加常规治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，对比治疗1周后两组的疗效，并于治疗前和治疗后测定患者血浆IL-6、IL-8水平。结果：治疗组临床有效率(81.3％)显著高于对照组(56.3％)；治疗前治疗组患者的IL-6、IL-8水平与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后治疗组血浆IL-6、IL-8水平较对照组明显下降，两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肾衰灌肠液加连续性血液净化治疗脓毒血症肾损伤具有较好协同疗效。 |

| To observe effect of Shenshuai Guanchangye and continious blood purification on micro inflammation index of sepsis induced early acute kidney damage. Methods： Thirty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (n=15) and control group (n=15). Patients in the treatment group were given Shenshuai Guanchangye as well as conventional medicine, and the control group applied conventional medicine. Therapeutic effects of the two groups after one week of treatment were compared, and the level of IL-6 and IL-8 in plasma before and after treatment were determined. Results： The therapeutic effect of the treatment group (86.6%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.3%); before the treatment, there was no significant difference in terms of the level of IL-6 and IL-8 in plasma; after the treatment, the level of IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly decreased in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Shenshuai Guanchangye and continious blood purification shows satisfactory effect on micro inflammation index of sepsis induced early acute kidney damage. |
