| 目的：观察阿拓莫兰联合百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy，DN)合并高血压患者肾功能的保护作用。方法：将366例糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者随机分为阿拓莫兰、百令胶囊组、联合治疗组，在给予一般治疗的基础上分别给予阿拓莫兰、百令胶囊联合治疗，疗程2个月，于治疗前后测收缩压（Systolic Blood Pressure，SBP）、舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure，DBP)、尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen，BUN)、肌酐(Creatinine，SCr)、尿微量白蛋白(Microal Buminuria，mALB）、β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin，β2-MG)等。结果：与单用阿拓莫兰或百令胶囊比较，联合治疗BUN、SCr、mALB、β2-MG进一步下降(P<0.05)。结论：阿拓莫兰联合百令胶囊对糖尿病肾病合并高血压的疗效可靠，且较单用其中一种药物具有更确切的肾脏保护作用。 |

| To observe the protective effect on kidney function of the combined application of Atomolan and Bailing capsule in treating diabetic nephropathy with hypertension.Methods：Three hundred and sixty six patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into Atomolan group， Bailing capsule group， and the combined treatment group.Except from the basic general treatment， patients were respectively given Atomolan， Bailing capsule and combined treatment for two months.The levels of blood pressure， diastolic blood pressure， blood urea nitrogen， creatinine， urine albumin， β2-microglobulin before and after treatment were measured.Results：Compared with the only application of Atomolan or Bailing capsule， the combined application of both drugs further decreased the level of urea nitrogen， creatinine， urine albumin， and β2-microglobulin (P<0.05).Conclusion：The combined application of Atomolan and Bailing capsule shows reliable therapeutic effect and definite protective effect on kidney in treating diabetic nephropathy hypertension. |
