目的：观察步长龙生蛭联合天麻素治疗脑动脉硬化性头晕的效果。方法：将210例脑动脉硬化性头晕患者随机分为治疗组110例，对照组100例。治疗组给予步长龙生蛭联合天麻素治疗，对照组给予天麻素治疗，4周为1个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效、血液流变学变化及经颅多普勒变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率95.5%，对照组总有效率77.0%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者经颅多普勒指标中左侧大脑中动脉、右侧大脑中动脉、基底动脉比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：步长龙生蛭联合天麻素治疗脑动脉硬化性头晕疗效显著。

English Summary:

To observe effect of Buchang Longshengzhi combined with Gastrodin treating cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo. Methods： Two hundred and ten patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=110) and control group (n=110).The treatment group gave patients Buchang Longshengzhi combined with gastrodin, and the control group applied Gastrodin. It took 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Clinical curative effect and blood rheology as well as transcranial doppler of patients in both groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.5% and that of the control group was 77%.There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate（P<0.05）. After comparing blood viscosity and plasma viscosity and hematocrit of patients in both groups, it showed significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. As for left middle cerebral artery and right middle cerebral artery and basilar artery in transcranial Doppler, there was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion： Buchang Longshengzh combined with gastrodin has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo.
