| 傅宝田教授认为耳鸣虽然有很多种原因，但中医的辨证不外乎虚、实两个方面。实证责于心肝火上炎、痰火郁结、气滞血瘀，治疗以清泄心肝之火、清热化痰、活血化瘀等方法;虚证责于肝脾肾亏虚，气血不足，治疗以运脾、养肝、益肾、补益气血等方法。 |

| Professor Fu Baotian thinks in spite of various causes， tinnitus has but only 2 types：Surplus and Deficiency.Surplus syndrome is due to the up-flaming fire of heart and liver， stagnation of phlegm fire， Qi and blood stagnation.Treatment should aim to clear the heart and liver fire， resolve phlegm， and promote blood circulation; Deficiency is due to deficiency of liver， spleen and kidney， lack of qi and blood.Treatment should aim to strengthen the function of spleen， liver， kidney， replenish qi and blood， etc. |
